ABOUT THE COMPANY

A fast-growing company in the dental industry is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute its overall marketing strategy. This company helps dental practices streamline operations, improve leadership, and enhance profitability through expert consulting, educational resources, and industry-leading events.

THE POSITION

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive lead generation, engagement, and event attendance.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple marketing initiatives, and enjoys working collaboratively to execute high-impact campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & Oversee Marketing Strategy – Ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals and brand vision.
Track & Analyze KPIs – Monitor marketing performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Manage Lead Generation – Implement strategies to attract and convert new clients.
Execute Campaigns – Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
Drive Social Media & Email Marketing – Work with the team to grow online engagement and brand awareness.
Event Marketing & Promotion – Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for internal and external events.
Website Management – Ensure the website is optimized for performance, engagement, and lead conversion.
Oversee Internal Events – Manage marketing and execution for webinars and company-hosted events to maximize attendance and impact.

Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Lead Generation Expertise – Strong background in attracting and converting new business leads.
Project Management Skills – Ability to oversee multiple marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Social Media & Email Marketing Experience – Familiarity with engagement strategies across multiple platforms.
Event Marketing Knowledge – Experience promoting and driving attendance for industry events and webinars.
Collaborative & Proactive – Works well in a team environment and takes initiative.
