UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworkingFleet Coordinatorto join our community. As aFleet Coordinator, you will review, organize, and maintain accurate files and other required documents for all vehicles in the First Aid division fleet. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you'll be doing:

Maintain accurate records of the fleet vehicles for the First Aid division.

Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and file paperwork to support compliance.

Notify applicable staff to schedule preventative maintenance.

Ensure vehicle mileage amounts are updated weekly

Coordinates registration, initial tag, title, and tag renewals for vehicles

Assists field staff with transfer and retirement of vehicles

Facilitates management of company fuel cards.

Communicates and coordinates with field staff regarding miscellaneous van details and status updates

Notifies and facilitates vehicle recalls with field staff and leadership

Maintains personal property tax forms on all vehicles

Works with the Department of Revenue on all document processing

Perform additional tasks as requested

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Experience with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ·

Ability to learn UniFirst computer applications.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Two-year degree or equivalent experience and/or training is required.

Strong communication skills, including writing reports and business correspondence professionally.

Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
