This job is a member of the Crew Contract Implementation tem within the Operations Planning and Performance division.
Monitors progress and completion of activities related to the development and implementation of Pilot and Flight Attendant tools and processes.
Works closely with leadership and the product team to establish project needs and deadlines while also coordinating activities among various stakeholders.

Leads activity associated with the automation and implementation of the Pilot and Flight Attendant Joint Collective Bargaining Agreements (JCBAs).
Interacts with leadership to help set direction and prioritize Crew technology initiatives.
Collaboratively creates product roadmaps, contributing to strategy inputs from stakeholders. Influences stakeholder expectations for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.
Serves as a point of contact for Product Owners and IT partners to ensure team actions remain aligned.
Builds processes to improve the team's overall efficiency.
Effectively communicates status to stakeholders including various levels of leadership.
Manages IT projects to ensure adherence to project Budget, Schedule and Scope.
Utilizes data analytics to track progress towards Product Objectives and Key Results using applications like Power BI and SQL Server.
Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Facilitates meetings, records minutes, follow up on actions taken, and logging of issues/risks.
Maintains and tracks a playbook of technical tasks; assigning task owners and following up to ensure timelines are met
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar position in a software development environment
3+ years of experience managing projects in a variety of computing environments (i.e. SaaS, cloud, etc.)
3+ years of experience converting high level business needs/requirements into system requirements
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
PMP or Agile certifications preferred but not required
Experience delivering in-house and commercial off-the-shelf applications
Experience synthesizing raw data into actionable results and recommendations
Knowledge of Azure DevOps
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
Knowledge and skills gained by managing software development projects in an Agile environment
Experience using data analytics using tools like Power BI and Tableau to measure and track OKRs
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and various levels of leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with an Application Lifecyle Management (i.e. Azure DevOps, Rally or JIRA) and Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Ability to work in a stressful environment
