Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. This position focuses on screening candidates and conducting high-volume phone interviews. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career in recruitment or human resources.

Schedule and Shift:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the recruitment process

Review incoming resumes and applications to identify strong candidates

Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, interest, and role fit

Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers

Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication

Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing when needed

Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives

Support broader team objectives as needed for hiring drives and seasonal ramp-ups

Qualification:

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

1--2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role

Comfortable conducting phone or video interviews with candidates

Strong organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Familiarity with ATS platforms
