As a Construction Supervisor, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Responsibilities

As a Construction Supervisor, you will support all phases of utility construction for various @types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will: Develop your team's skill set and knowledge of telecom construction. Aerial and underground Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture. Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects. Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers. Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities. Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Train and mentor new team members. Track time and job completion progress. Keep the job site organized and ensure proper restoration at project completion. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications

About You: Safety is second nature to you. You consistently produce high-quality work. You enjoy solving complex problems and taking a hands-on approach. You thrive in long-term projects and fast-paced environments. You lead by example and enjoy coaching others. You are comfortable working outdoors and in varied conditions. You're experienced in telecom construction. You have 2+ years' experience leading and supporting day-to-day needs of a construction crew. You have knowledge of coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc. You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software. You're available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

MOS Codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 relate well to this position. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000/yr
