TRC is seeking a self-starter and innovative Marketing Manager to lead and oversee marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This role involves coordination and relationship building across the company, vendor management, and market research to inform marketing strategies, thought leadership and positioning.

TheMarketing Managerwillplan, create,andlead the production ofmarketing, thought leadership. advertising, multimedia,and sales materials that reflect and tell the "TRC Story" with a focus on our work in Advanced Energy.In this role, youwillbe responsible forthedevelopmentofindustry related marketing and brand materials designed to elevate TRC in the marketplace and help foster greater brand and capability awareness. Responsibilities

In this role, youwill work across the company with management, program teams, engineering teams tolearn about our program experience and success's andleadthe implementation ofrelevantthought leadership and marketing initiatives. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing thought leadership blog articles around TRC's Advanced Energy services and capabilities Producing brochures and project profiles Industry scanning and competitive analysis Support of internal communications (Win Announcements, email blasts, etc) Develop content development, articles and papers Collaborate with teams on writing, editing and submitting conference and event abstracts Build our Power Hour calendar - booking teams, presentation support and logistics Presentation/Graphic design support Independently driving marketing ideas that tell the "Advanced Energy Story" Managing development of podcast episodes (come up with potential ideas, outline episode, identify key speakers (TRC and Clients), manage logistics, schedule calls, manage recording and editing of episodes, draft corresponding blog article and LinkedIn post). Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience Graphic Design experience required Must be results driven with expertise in continuous improvement methods Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a productive team

Paid time off contingent upon full time or part time status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year). All full-time employees enjoy a minimum of 8 Paid Holidays per year. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee. Disclaimers
