Primary Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops
Analyze business requirements to develop Data Visualizations & Dashboards for Health Care and Reporting systems
Experience with End-to-End Project handling
Experience with Mainframe Migration Projects to Cloud
Able to conduct Scrum ceremonies
Provide support for Application Maintenance, New Development support
Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyze logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience with Mainframe Technologies (JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM)
3+ years of experience with DB - Any RDBMS - DB2, No SQL
3+ years of experience with Performance techniques, Tuning requests
3+ years of experience with Github Copilot
3+ years of experience with DevOps Tools & techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare industry
Experience with Rally/Agile tools
Proven ability to establish repeatable processes, best practices and implement version control software, automated testing and deployment
Mainframe DevOps Engineer experience
Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirements
Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles
Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams
Proven excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills
Proven exposure to Cloud
Proven to manage code migration through the various stages for the release
Flexible to work in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
