Starting Wage: $16.30

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, removing trash, and other duties necessary to maintain good housekeeping in office and plant areas. ?

Cleans and maintains clean rooms to government and/or required specifications.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).

Must be able to work any designated shift to include overnight.

Three (3) months' custodial experience performing the following custodial work:

Stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.

Cleaning and care of carpeted areas.

Must pass qualifying and/or practical test.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.

Additional Details:

This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement. ? Wage and work place conditions, including shift times, are subject to this agreement. ? Individuals hired into this position will be represented by a union.

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. ? Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. ? The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. ? Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
