Job Title: Biller

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Biller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing itemized invoices and reconciling accounts. This role involves managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as processing purchase orders.

Responsibilities

Prepare itemized invoices accurately and efficiently.

Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting practices.

Strong skills in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ability to process invoices efficiently.

Proficiency in Excel.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in billing, AP, AR, or as an accounting assistant.

High School Diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Score a 70% or higher on an Excel test.

Experience with manufacturing and understanding of discounts and credit terms.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
