Your Key Responsibilities

Participates in APQP activities.

Assists with the design, specification, development, and procurement of inspection, measuring, and testing systems for special manufacturing processes.

Leads cross-functional teams in the qualification and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Facilities Machine/Project releases according to Schaeffler standards.

Facilitates problem-solving teams.

Participates ininternal/external audits.

Supports the Quality Manager with the coordination of activities related to customer visits.

Approves product and process deviations and engineering change requests.

Ensures implementation and maintenance of new and updated Schaeffler Management Handbook procedures, Schaeffler NA/SA procedures, and applicable customer specific standards at the plant level.

Provides general quality engineering support to manufacturing as determined by the department manager.

Meet local and global key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency

Experience in manufacturing or similar environment

xperience working in functional and cross-functional teams

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently

Strong project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical thinking skills

Goal and results oriented
