Description
Apple's Worldwide Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced program manager and marketer who is passionate about educational technology and is committed to scaling transformative experiences for learners worldwide, as well as able to identify and align programs and services in meaningful ways to bring value as trusted partner to educators and institutions.
You will be a strategic lead for Apple's professional learning programs for educators including Apple Teacher, Apple Learning Coach, and Apple Distinguished Educator. This role will manage the cross functional development of the program, global content strategy and partner ecosystem growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee the cross-functional scaling, strategic planning, development, and implementation of Apple's professional learning programs for educators.
Develop go-to-market activations and comprehensive communication plans to drive adoption and engagement in collaboration with the GTM team.
Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program impact and inform continuous improvement.
Lead global strategic financial modeling and planning to optimize resource allocation in alignment with organizational growth objectives.
Manage the worldwide partner network to scale programs efficiently, including ethics and negotiation of service agreements, in collaboration with Legal, Corporate Legal Purchasing, and Compliance.
Act as a primary liaison with geographic leads and regional education leaders to align strategies and ensure regional relevance.
Enhance global recognition by developing and implementing distinguished partnerships, and oversee standards alignment and accreditation initiatives across national and international educational institutions.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Digital Platforms, and Advocacy teams to scale and sustain Apple's professional learning programs.
Design robust and inclusive post-certification activation, community and ambassador programs, prioritizing hybrid event strategies to maximize reach and participation.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale, high-impact professional learning programs for audiences spanning K-12 through higher education.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven leadership in scaling complex, multi-channel marketing programs on a global scale, driving alignment across cross-functional business partners and orchestrating multi-vendor ecosystems.
Proven expertise in instructional design models, assessment methods, and curriculum development for diverse, global learner audiences.
Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional programs, including compliance, contract negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong ability to define and ensure consistent learning pathways across programs, using data and feedback to drive iterative improvements.
Experienced in leading collaborative sessions with internal teams and external partners; excellent communication and project management skills.
Adept at balancing multiple projects and deliverables across teams while maintaining high standards for quality and timelines.
Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills with attention to educational impact and clarity.
Demonstrated ability to develop content for external standards alignments/endorsements.
Understanding and experience with Apple Education resources, recognitions and certifications.
High proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in online learning.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Oversight of key go-to-market activations and initiatives.
Proficient in Apple hardware/software and adaptable to emerging technologies, platforms, and tools for instructional design.
Master's or advanced degree.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
