About the Role:
Are you a recent grad ready to launch your career at the intersection of science, technology, and compliance? As an Entry-Level Lab System Validation Analyst, you'll help ensure laboratory systems used in pharmaceutical and biotech environments are compliant, documented, and ready for regulatory scrutiny.
You'll be trained to work within GxP-regulated environments, supporting the validation of systems like LIMS, ELN, CDS, and other lab informatics platforms critical to drug discovery and manufacturing.
This is a launchpad role-perfect for someone with a STEM degree and a curiosity for how technology, quality, and science intersect in the real world.
This position is in Plymouth Meeting, PA in a hybrid working model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and executing validation deliverables (e.g., Validation Plans, Requirements, IQ/OQ/PQ Protocols, Traceability Matrices, and Reports).
Help gather user requirements and map them to system functionality.
Participate in software testing activities including dry runs, formal testing, and documentation.
Support the configuration, testing, and release of lab informatics systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS, etc.).
Maintain accurate records in accordance with ALCOA+ principles and GxP guidelines.
Learn to work within frameworks like 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, GAMP 5, and Data Integrity standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Quality Assurance, and Lab Operations.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Skills & Traits:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict documentation protocols.
Solid technical writing and organizational skills.
Passion for quality, compliance, and continuous learning.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) or software testing is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,800 - $92,100.
