Are you a recent graduate with a passion for science and technology? We're looking for an entry-level Lab Computing Analyst to support laboratory IT systems in a fast-paced, regulated life sciences environment. You'll work directly with scientists, IT teams, and quality professionals to ensure laboratory systems run smoothly and compliantly. No two days are the same-and every day you'll learn something new.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of lab operations and IT in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
This position is in Plymouth Meeting, PA in a hybrid working model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Provide basic support for lab computers, instrument PCs, and lab software under supervision.
Assist in installing and configuring software used with lab instruments (e.g., balances, pH meters, chromatography systems).
Learn and help maintain compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and system changes.
Help maintain hardware and software inventories for lab systems.
Shadow experienced analysts to learn change control, incident management, and lab validation procedures.
Collaborate with lab users, IT infrastructure, and quality teams to support the lab environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or related field):
o Information Technology
o Computer Science
o Biomedical Engineering
o Chemistry / Biology with strong tech interest
Skills and Interests:
Passion for working at the intersection of science and technology.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic PC troubleshooting.
Understanding of networks, domains, and/or cybersecurity is a plus.
Eagerness to learn about regulated lab environments and validated systems.
Great communication and documentation skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a team setting.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,800 - $92,100.
