Associate Attorney

Robert Half is partnered with an established law firm with offices in Colorado, Utah, and Arizona on the search for a 1+ years' Associate Attorney to join their growing team in Greenwood Village, CO. This attorney would be assisting with managing a diverse portfolio of workers' compensation defense cases. Ideal candidates will have an active license to practice in Colorado; excellent communication skills; strong case management experience; strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task in the past pace of workers' compensation defense, while demonstrating solid time management skills and billing habits. Our client does offer a robust benefits package for full time employees, becoming eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, AD& D, EAP, STD, and LTD. Employer monthly contribution to HSA, employer contribution to dental plan, and life insurance plans. Long term disability and short-term disability all 100% paid by employer. Full time employees become eligible for the 401(k) program with a generous match available after 1 year of service. Requirements - Active license to practice law in Colorado.

Minimum of one year of experience in workers' compensation defense or related practice areas.

Strong case management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in legal research and drafting complex legal documents.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess case details and develop strategic solutions.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Familiarity with court hearings, litigation processes, and settlement negotiations.
