Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a supportive environment, assisting in various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Assist employees with payroll issues and verify hourly overtime schedules versus actual hours worked.

Enter all entries for days off and provide weekly overtime explanation summaries.

Update and maintain the master roster and weekly manning movement files.

Submit Employee Personnel Requests (ePR's) and assist with new hires.

Maintain employee attendance records and conduct points auditing.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with payroll systems.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting team members.
