Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to daily operations and support various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, communication, and using office software to streamline processes.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage front-door access in a courteous and efficient manner.

Maintain and restock supplies in the break room to ensure a well-functioning workspace.

Process quotes accurately and update worksheets as needed to support business operations.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.

Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain organized records.

Manage email correspondence, promptly responding to messages and routing them appropriately.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting arrangements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Assist with additional duties as required to support team and organizational needs. Requirements - Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate documentation.

Strong skills in managing email correspondence and navigating communication tools.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for administrative tasks.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
