ROLE SUMMARY:
The Anheuser-Busch Learning and Development team is seeking a Learning Manager: Supply Chain to support the execution of technical and functional learning initiatives across the Supply Chain organization. This role is instrumental in driving the operational success of our One Supply Chain Learning Strategy by managing program logistics, maintaining knowledge assets, and supporting communication efforts that enable impactful learning experiences.
In this role, the Learning Manager will collaborate closely with Capabilities Managers, regional learning teams, and subject matter experts to ensure the integrity and accessibility of learning systems, monitor skill development progress, and support the delivery of flagship programs. This position offers a unique opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to the advancement of enterprise-wide capability development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capabilities Manager Alignment: Coordinate and support Capabilities Managers to ensure alignment with the One Supply Chain Learning Strategy.
Knowledge Asset Management: Assist in maintaining over 200,000 knowledge assets in Acadia or other SOP management systems.
Technical Excellence Center Support: Track participation and gather feedback for technical learning programs, supporting over 600 participants and 24,000+ hours of training annually.
Regional Excellence Center Support: Provide administrative support for new regional learning initiatives.
Skills Acquisition Process (SKAP): Support the tracking and documentation of over 6,000 skills across the Supply Chain function.
Learning Agenda Coordination: Assist in scheduling and communication for approximately 150 technical and leadership learning sessions annually.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Strong interpersonal and digital communication skills.
Willingness to learn and navigate new systems (e.g., Acadia, Workday).
Basic data entry and analysis capabilities.
Experience with survey or feedback tools is a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain environments is preferred but not required.
Demonstrates a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Acts like an owner with entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion
