Program Support Temp - Stage 1 Department

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90056

Duration: 4 months

Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Program Support Temp to join our Stage 1 Department. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations by handling clerical tasks, maintaining organized filing systems, and assisting with administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, be highly organized, and capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving file boxes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Manage and maintain physical and electronic file systems.

Move and lift file boxes (up to 30 lbs) to support departmental needs.

Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth department operations.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and communication.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

-Qualifications

Previous experience with filing and clerical/administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
