Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-Assist with development, evaluation, management, negotiation, and review of subcontract/vendor agreements.

-Review subcontract/vendor insurance certificates and endorsements for company and project compliance.

-Obtain and submit all Owner required documentation for subcontract/vendor approval.

-Coordination with contracts group, and legal department to review contract/industry regulation updates.

-Work closely with subcontractors/vendors to ensure accurate and compliant documentation is received.

-Assist contract administrator with project specific compliance reporting.

-Other duty requests as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

-High School diploma or GED.

-2+ years of construction administration preferred

-Preferred Knowledge and understanding of construction insurance and contracts.

-Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and within stated deadlines.

-Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.

-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

-Exhibit profound attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Ability to learn company specific software programs.

-Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

-Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to work on time.

Compensation:

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

salary Range $23.00-$27.00

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
