About the Role:
As a CBRE Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team responsible for executing operational and support activities in the Colorado market.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.
What You'll Do:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Evaluate trends to identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policy, business and professional licensing, real estate law, and state, and federal guidelines.
Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team.
Partner with regional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement organizational "best practices".
Assist with the development of training programs, business processes, and system training programs.
Facilitate the communication of policies, procedures, and initiatives to create consistency across the region.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)required.
Minimum of 6 years of related experience including 4 years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience managing office operations in a customer-focused service firm with multi-location structure. Knowledge of real estate terminology preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal and external clients. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. May conduct basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret sophisticated documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other software.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Operations Manager position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Operations Manager position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
