Social Media Marketing Coordinator

The Social Media Marketing Coordinator will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies within the realm of social media. This role is crucial in building and maintaining new client relationships and increasing awareness to drive revenue. Ideal candidates are passionate about personal growth through learning and are skilled at communicating Hometown Medias unique value to clients via social media channels. Key Responsibilities: Utilize knowledge of social media platforms to develop a posting schedule that will keep Hometown Media relevant. Collaborate with editor and copywriter to ensure all posts are reflective of our standard of quality. Interact promptly and professionally with replies that will translate consumer engagement into new business. Display a familiarity with marketing analysis to identify weaknesses and strengths within marketing campaigns. The ability to work with, and implement, new technology, including AI. A strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or proven experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The willingness to learn about the latest CRM software, automation tools, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing, Google Analytics). Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to business development. Helpful Skills: Knowledge of Notion software Knowledge of Wordpress software for website building Experience in sales Video editing Why Join Hometown Media?
