Hometown Media is looking for motivated and self-driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager to identify new business opportunities, and be the contact point with potential clients, negotiating and closing deals for videography and social media management services. This is a hybrid position, thus candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance to Vineland.

Positions available in Vineland, Cape May, and Cherry Hill (Full-time and Part-tine positions available)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively source potential clients (outbound and inbound)

Pitch our social media services via monthly retainer plan to businesses, entrepreneurs, brands, and facilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

Understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Manage feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies and offerings

Communicate in a timely and professional manner with all clients and represent Hometown Media's values

Work with CRM software to input client information and update status of sale

EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or social media

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Comfortable working independently

Familiarity with CRM tools, and ability to work with/learn new technology

COMPENSATIN:

20% commission on standard packages

Up to 30% for larger/custom contracts
