Mult Func Manufacturing Supervisor

Description: - Supervising a team of 10+ hourly associates in the production of the C-130 Mid Fuse.

Implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements and enterprise excellence.

Managing cost, schedule, and quality performance to achieve business goals and exceed production schedules.

Collaborating with HR and union stewards to address employee-related matters and ensure resolution.

Overseeing employee training, performance, and compliance documentation.

Conducting investigations and facilitating problem resolution activities.

Participating in meetings and operational planning, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Ensuring adherence to company ethics, business practices, and environmental, safety, and health (ESH) standards.

Building effective interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience leading &/or managing.

Experience collaborating with hourly employees.

Aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing experience.

Experience in using Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar systems.

Desired Skills:

3+ years aircraft production experience.

Experience in a union environment.

Experience in budgeting and staffing.

Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader.

Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.

Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems.

Proficient in Quality Action Document System (QADS).

Knowledge of C-130 assembly.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
