SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for coordination of New Employee Experience at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center; provides our new hires with an exceptional first day by ensuring their needs are met and that they have the support needed to be successful in their new hire journey. Support East Region HR Operations team with projects, act as support to license administration and assist with employee retention and engagement. While this role will primarily support Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center, this position will also act as secondary support to Penn State Health St. Joseph in Reading which will include travel to that site as needed. This is a hybrid remote and in person role requiring presence on site in Lancaster two to three days per week and travel to Reading as needed to support East Region HR partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
