Our client, a leading metal fabrication company, is seeking a 1st Shift Punch Press Set-Up / Operator to join their team. As a Punch Press Set-Up / Operator, you will be part of a dedicated manufacturing team supporting high-quality production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Punch Press Set-Up / Operator

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour

1st shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

Set-up, operate, and adjust 5-ton to 200-ton metal stamping presses.

Select the correct tooling for the job task with set-up documents or supervisor/lead assistance.

Troubleshoot metal forming problems effectively.

Make routine decisions and use problem-solving skills to resolve basic manufacturing issues.

Collaborate as a team player with a positive, "can do" attitude.

What's Needed?

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

High School diploma or GED required.

3+ years of experience

Competent at basic dimensional measuring and the use of precision measurement tools.

Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.

Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
