Job Description

This position will be part of an experienced team with multidisciplinary responsibility. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring the requests are completed accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Analyzing requests, providing directions, and building customers within various systems on the carrier or shipper side. Maintenance of required procedures, documentation, and evidence to enable audit trails. This position will be a supporting role for Fulfilment Services Setup, to ensure the department is at maximum efficiency and accuracy. Specialty duties may include reporting, scrubs, small parcel and other responsibilities as needed by Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies.

Review applications and other forms to make sure they are correct and complete, as well as build carrier customers within our Freight Payment System.

Create the Carrier structure within Freight Payment Systems as well as Settlement accounts and other connection tables.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Required in office 3 days out of the week in Naperville Illinois.

Schedule: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday Central Time.

Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience

Two to three years of clerical and/or customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Basic knowledge of the organization, products, services and systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.69 - $30.24
