We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and curiousAI Trainerto help shape the future of artificial intelligence. In this role, you will act as a coach and guide to AI systems by preparing, organizing, and refining the data that powers intelligent responses.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Curate, clean, and annotate large volumes of structured and unstructured data to train AI models.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, @context, and alignment with user intent.
Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and bias in AI responses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, linguistics) to improve model performance.
Develop and refine training prompts, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
Test AI systems in real-world scenarios and document findings for continuous improvement.
Stay current on best practices in AI training, NLP, and ethical AI development.

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields such as Linguistics, Psychology, Communication, or Education.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in data labeling, annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AI workflows, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning concepts is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
