The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Orlando

Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando

Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America

The role you'll contribute:

The IS IT Coordinator Lead will collaborate with the Systems Support manager to provide accurate and timely support service of specified network and hardware systems in support of our Customers, Patients and Families and is compliant with defined Adventist Information Technology (AIT) standards. Provide follow-up with team members on technical questions, making sure issues are addressed. Function as link between team members, customers, and team manager for escalated issues. This position will be responsible for assessing technical issues, lead out and coordinate with manager to troubleshoots network and software problems in a timely manner and escalates encountered situations to responsible areas with detailed and accurate information, contributing to the efficient function of the organization. Adheres to AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, federal agencies, and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you'll bring to the team:

Maintains and supports multiple servers and applications owned by Revenue Cycle departments, which includes but is not limited to:

Patient Accounting & Registration Systems (EMRs) - works with AIT to develop/ maintain workflow build, claims and registration rules, downloads/scripting and troubleshooting any issues. Submits appropriate documentation for development requests to AIT.

Work with vendor and department leaders to ensure requests for access to Revenue Cycle Systems including new employee onboarding are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Liaison for communication within the Revenue Cycle departments at all locations withing the AdventHealth Central Florida Division and across departments to ensure information is shared for effective operations.

Monitor activities on team mailbox to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner. Track tickets in ServiceNow for correct prioritization and ensure status is kept up to date, making sure requestors are provided timely follow-up.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

Bachelor's 4-year college degree in Management Information Systems or other related field and/or extensive 5 years of experience and knowledge within Revenue Cycle

2 Years of experience Required
