Robert Half Legal has partnered with a growing boutique personal injury firm located in Beverly Hills in their search for a Junior Associate Attorney. This opportunity is ideal for recently barred California attorneys looking to launch their legal careers in a thriving and fast-paced environment. The role offers hands-on, substantive experience and the potential for career growth within an established firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior attorneys in case preparation, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.

Conduct client interviews and maintain regular contact with clients regarding case updates.

Handle a variety of personal injury matters under supervision, with opportunities to develop litigation and courtroom skills.

Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient and timely case management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Admission to the California State Bar (recently barred attorneys highly encouraged to apply).

Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Passion for personal injury law and a commitment to advocating for clients.

Position Highlights:

Contract-to-Hire: Get to know the firm's culture and workflow during the contract period with the goal of transitioning to full-time permanent employment.

Hybrid Work Environment: During the contract period, the position will be hybrid (a mix of in-office and remote work), with the opportunity to transition to fully remote once converted to permanent.
