We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Engineer professional with Emerson's Branson Ultrasonics business based in Columbus, OH! Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Engineer is a key member of Branson's Sales organization.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business needs.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to address technical questions and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote company products.
Know the latest industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ Proven years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in manufacturing, software, or electronics.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $85,000 - $112,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
