Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Laguna Beach, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing property operations, supporting business initiatives, and providing executive-level assistance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various dynamic projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring effective maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor management.

Handle leasing activities, compliance requirements, and financial reporting for commercial properties.

Develop and maintain systems for efficient property management, including budgeting and long-term planning.

Assist with tax planning, financial documentation, and coordination of accounting processes.

Provide project management support for initiatives such as e-commerce ventures, real estate developments, and investment opportunities.

Conduct in-depth research, due diligence, and vendor negotiations across diverse sectors.

Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of multiple concurrent projects.

Manage executive calendars, communications, and documentation for organizational and personal initiatives.

Collaborate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to meet deadlines and ensure compliance. Requirements - Proven experience in property management, including residential and commercial properties.

Strong background in project management and financial coordination.

Familiarity with workflows related to e-commerce, real estate, and investment projects.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments.

Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, answering calls, and managing documentation.
