MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST (O&I LEVEL)

Summary You will serve as a MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST (O&I LEVEL) in the Force Maintenance Material and Readiness Department (N42) of COMMANDER NAVAL AIR PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will research, evaluate, and recommend improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of O level maintenance policy and processes. You will provide oversight of the reliability of aeronautical equipment and the most economic level of maintenance through an effective Corrosion Prevention and Control Program. You will provide process oversight, maintenance policy interpretation and guidance for Navy and Marine Corps organizational activities in the operational and support phase of life cycle support. You will lead the fleet on corrosion abatement strategies. You will provide quality and timely materiel support to operational activities in achieving aircraft readiness objectives. You will ensure aircraft integrated logistics support plans adequately address I-level maintainability and supportability objectives. You will develop and promulgate policies in support of Naval Sustainment System - Aviation (NSS-A) initiatives. You will ensure the effective management of all resources required to support all aspects of Naval Aviation Maintenance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating production plans and project requirements to ensure the proper allocation and availability of various trade resources and manpower meet maintenance and logistics objectives.
