This full-time position is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Please note, this role is not a remote job and requires the candidate’s presence at various on-site locations to effectively carry out their duties.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for finalizing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Closer that can not only meet but exceed sales targets by utilizing their advanced selling skills and extensive knowledge of our products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Directly engage with high-level clients to finalize sales deals, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, overseeing their work and providing guidance on best practices for presenting products.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and the value of products to prospective clients, enhancing customer engagement.
- Analyze customer needs and feedback to ensure our offerings align with market demands and expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish and meet sales targets and company goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve sales tactics and strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate deals to a successful close.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and achievements, reporting directly to senior management.
- After completion of training, operational management of a company vehicle used for business purposes.
- Responsible for the logistics and execution of day-to-day sales operations within your specified region.

- Proven experience in sales.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the region to meet business demands and client meetings.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving history for the operation of a company vehicle.
