We are looking for our next great team member to join our FiaLova team at the Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton . As the Server , you will be focused on serving guest orders promptly and according to hotel standard. You will use your expertise to anticipate and deliver on guest needs, tailoring your approach to meet and exceed the expectation of the guest in front of you. TIPs certified preferred, must be able to achieve if not currently certified.

Responsibilities:

Take and serve guest orders accurately and promptly, according to hotel standards

Do all necessary side work as assigned

Be familiar with the food and bar menu and able to answer guest questions

Effectively and accurately operate the P.O.S. system

Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct

Must be able to work the dinner shift 2-3 evenings per week

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods at a time

Must be able to carry at least 25 pounds
