The Specialist/ Sr Specialist, Operational Excellence Training is part of the Airports Division. This role will lead strategic initiatives and engagement efforts to drive sustainable change and enhance leadership across Airport Operations, Contact Centers and Cargo. You will design and deliver meaningful training experiences, lead high-impact leader events, and create connections that strengthen our frontline leadership community.

Lead the strategy of frontline leader training, ensuring programs align with business priorities and operational goals.
Partner with senior leadership to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop training solutions that support strategic objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of leader training programs, including curriculum development, stakeholder alignment, and delivery planning.
Design, plan and execute large-scale leader training events, ensuring seamless coordination and high-impact learning experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Learning, Labor, and People Business Partners, to ensure training is relevant, effective, and scalable.
Facilitate leader training and functional training sessions, both in-person and virtually, as needed.
Engage with airport leadership through focus groups, coaching, and other forums to ensure training programs meet their needs.
Coordinate and centralize training efforts to drive consistency and enable knowledge sharing across locations.
Define and track metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of training solutions.
Use business insights, data analysis, and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement and long-term training impact.
Identify opportunities to improve training efficiency and effectiveness through technology, innovation, and process enhancements.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or equivalent training/experience
3+ years of training, leadership training or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience planning and executing large-scale leader training events.
Prior experience in airport and contact center operations, frontline leadership training, or operational excellence initiatives.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled at crafting clear, concise messages for diverse audiences across various channels
Advanced facilitation and presentation skills; experienced in leading engaging sessions and simplifying complex concepts for live or virtual audiences.
Data-driven mindset; experienced in using metrics, feedback, and business data to evaluate and refine training programs.
Strong collaborator: able to work effectively across departments and leadership levels to enhance training effectiveness.
Highly adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments; consistently maintains a solution-oriented approach.
Preferred certifications in project management and facilitation, with training in adult learning principles and learning strategy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
