As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site - Full Time in Covington, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain highly visible and approachable, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone you encounter. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Wed06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the healthcare location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, staff, and/or patients with inquiries related to access procedures and site-specific policies.

Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific guidelines and protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment for all occupants.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
