Account Transaction Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Transaction Coordinator to manage rebate claims and ensure accurate pricing adjustments between manufacturers and distributors based on sales data. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills and expertise in financial operations. Responsibilities:

Oversee the processing and validation of rebate claims between manufacturers and distributors.

Analyze sales data to ensure accurate pricing adjustments and resolve discrepancies.

Utilize ERP systems to manage transactions and maintain organized records.

Develop and apply Excel formulas to streamline financial calculations and reporting.

Collaborate with team members to improve communication and ensure timely claim resolutions.

Monitor debit adjustments and ensure compliance with established protocols.

Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of rebate claims and adjustments.

Provide critical insights to optimize transaction workflows and enhance efficiency.

Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions for future reference and reporting. Requirements - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.

Proficiency in managing debits and rebate processes.

Experience working with ERP systems to manage transactions effectively.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create and apply formulas.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Familiarity with rebate management and pricing adjustments.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
