Job Title: CE Facility Support Engineer 3 - Mechanical (Night Shift)

Job Description

Support the mechanical infrastructures across a data center campus, which may range from a single large-capacity facility to several smaller ones. This position requires expertise in maintaining systems such as chiller methods of procedure (MOP), chilled water pumps, and computer-room air handlers (CRAH) at optimal redundancy levels.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support mechanical infrastructures across the data center.

Ensure systems such as chillers, chilled water pumps, and CRAH operate at 'N' level redundancy.

Work with building management systems (EPMS).

Collaborate on procedures for electrical systems in high availability environments.

Perform duties in accordance with OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification standards.

Adapt to a flexible work schedule including 12-hour and rotating shifts.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications for operational tasks.

Essential Skills

5+ years of experience in the commercial mechanical industry within critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, or manufacturing.

Experience with Chiller Method of Procedure (MOP) and Industrial HVAC Systems.

OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred: EPA Refrigerant License.

Experience with building management systems (EPMS).

Work Environment

This role is based onsite in a large industrial data center. The position requires working the B-side night shift, Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday, from 6pm to 6am. Expect to start on the day shift for onboarding and training for the first month.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
