Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 1

Our client, a global leader in technology innovation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise solutions, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Field-IT-DIAT department supporting Day Shift B operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Technician

Location: Boydton, VA

Pay Range: $20-$25/hour

Part-Time Schedule : 12-hour shifts (Thu-Sat) & (Wed-Sat) alternating

What's the Job?

Monitor systems for equipment failure or performance errors

Respond to program error messages and resolve or escalate issues

Assist programmers and analysts in testing and debugging new programs

Operate software tools to manipulate data and generate reports

Perform inventory audits, data corrections, and compliance activities

What's Needed?

High School Diploma AND 2+ years of experience in IT warehouse/supply chain or related field

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Previous experience in a data center environment

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong verbal and written communication skills
