Our client in Willimantic, CT, is seeking a proactive and reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Maintain office operations by coordinating supplies, managing equipment, and liaising with vendors.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Support team members with project coordination, data entry, and research tasks.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
