Our client, Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Executive Assistant, you will be part of the front office supporting the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, be driven and be self reliant which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Executive/Personal Assistant

Location:Terre Haute, IN

Pay Range: $65-80/k

What's the Job?

Scheduling the CEO's calendar

Scheduling meetings and preparing materials

Preparing travel arrangements and expense reports

Miscellaneous errands-picking up dry cleaning, gathering groceries, picking up lunch, etc.

What's Needed?

Great attitude needed!

Passion for providing service

Excellent communication skills

Must be proactive and self reliant

Possess critical thinking skills
