The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning is responsible for leading the North America and Latin America (NALA) Demand and Supply Planning teams. This role focuses on forecasting demand, overseeing customer accounts, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of supply chain solutions. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with distributors, partners, and customers, understand their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and optimize supply chain processes.
This role will be based in Lincolnshire, IL and will work 3 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Optimization: Mitigate constraints impacting supply plans, including capacity issues and expediting. Drive process improvement projects. Evaluate and recommend complex, best-in-class supply chain solutions.
Customer Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Product Managers to ensure comprehensive customer forecasting and timely delivery of products.
Problem Solving: Develop resolutions where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Team Leadership: Manage, potentially through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of department activities, assuming responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing. This includes workforce and succession planning.
Talent Development: Oversee the training, development, and management of talent within the organization, focusing on building critical skills, bench strength, and diversifying talent.
Performance Management: Enhance performance management systems to build a resilient, innovative, and high-performing supply chain planning organization.
Strategic Initiatives:
Drive initiatives focused on skill development, bench strength, diversity, and performance management to position the organization for success in a rapidly changing environment.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on long-term business objectives and improve commercial relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline required
12+ years of work related experience in a supply chain environment
Wide, solid breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic & Tactical) and Manufacturing
International Supply chain experience is a must
Ability to work hybrid in Lincolnshire, IL
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent analytical skills required relative to data mining and process development/improvement
Strong experience creating and maintaining process
Contract Manufacturing experience is a plus
Direct manufacturing experience in the electronics industry is a plus
In-depth Oracle experience is preferred

Salary: USD 120400.00 - USD 180600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
