As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the financial institution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any irregularities.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as directed by site procedures.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
