The Sr. Supply Chain Strategic Initiative Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing field talent on the rollout & implementation of Supply Chain plays while ensuring accurate execution and on time deployment. This individual will also lead day-to-day deployment activities by location throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The Sr. Supply Chain Strategic Initiative Manager-SRT (Staffing-Retention-Talent) will operate as an effective communicator with the ability to drive change throughout various levels and phases of each implementation.
This position is virtual/remote with extensive travel which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hosts all pre-deployment activities and conducts market needs assessment to evaluate market readiness for implementation
Deploys standardized, configurable plays for Supply Chain developed by SRT team
Coaches field leadership in play execution to ensure plays are adhered to as written, executed consistently, and delivered on-time
Leads all implementation activities at the deploying markets(s) (Warehouse, Transportation, Sales, Customer Service, etc)
Drives all project related activities of deployment (inform through execution) ensuring compliance to the prescribed playbook
Prepares impact/gap analysis and facilitates workshops to document current state vs future state and documents processes related to the deployment project
Trains local Supply Chain leadership to expert user status for their specific roles
Partners with SRT team to ensure accuracy and consistency of play execution
Works closely with local leadership teams to identify and remove barriers to success
Maintains performance scorecards to track development and execution of plays
Collects, consolidates, and cascades feedback upward from field to function leaders
Shares best practices and feedback from field to Supply Chain leadership to ensure it's included in playbook revisions
Provides weekly deployment status updates and conducts weekly status calls
Updates deployment process documentation, including workflows, RACI charts and procedures
Conducts deployment analysis to ensure all personnel are trained to post deployment self-sustainability

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7 years project management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead through change or change management
Strong project management/governance experience or PMP/PMI
Experience in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse operations preferred
Ability to prioritize issues, manage risk and communicate effectively
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products required
Willingness to travel 90% - 100%

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$95,000 - $155,000
