We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our client, a family law firm in the SW Metro area. This role focuses on estate planning and administration, requiring someone who is experienced in trust management, document preparation, and client communication. Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

Manage all aspects of trust and probate administration, including filing court pleadings and maintaining accurate records.

Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to ensure smooth communication and timely document execution.

Draft and notarize legal documents such as deeds and affidavits.

Organize and maintain client files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

Create detailed spreadsheets and correspondence to support legal processes.

Conduct research and provide assistance in cases related to guardianships and conservatorships.

Ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and administration.

Expertise in drafting legal documents and managing trust and probate cases.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic workload.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Proficiency in legal research and document preparation tools.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Colorado Notary certification is required.
