We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our client's office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to team members and management by handling clerical tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for inventory replenishment and office maintenance needs.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming telephone inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Organize and maintain filing systems (paper and digital) for easy access and efficiency.

Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Collaborate with colleagues to streamline office procedures and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

2+ years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Adept at handling confidential and sensitive information.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
