Sr. Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Coppell, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained, while supporting various administrative and coordination tasks. This hybrid position requires you to work onsite three days a week and remotely for two days.

Responsibilities:

Oversee compliance-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

Audit, generate, and upload compliance documents, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Serve as a liaison between the field team and compliance coordinators, facilitating smooth communication and operations.

Manage compliance processes related to trucks, including document verification and standards enforcement.

Host and coordinate conference calls to address compliance requirements and updates across half of the U.S.

Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and other compliance-related audits.

Support cross-training initiatives with compliance coordinators to ensure team alignment and efficiency.

Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, tracking, and reporting.

Maintain consistent communication with field trainers and ensure compliance deadlines are met.

Uphold organizational standards by monitoring attendance and reliability within the team. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or compliance-related roles.

Proficiency in compliance management, including documentation, auditing, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Ability to manage export/import documents and ensure accuracy in documentation processes.

Experience hosting and facilitating conference calls to communicate compliance updates.

Familiarity with DOT compliance and OSHA standards.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. TalentMatch®
