Responsibilities
Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex AI-enabled projects and programs, ensuring EPAM's delivery standards are met
Collaborate with stakeholders, executive leadership, and delivery teams to define and manage the Product Delivery Roadmap, including AI capabilities and integration points
Develop and maintain delivery standards for AI/ML lifecycles, MLOps practices, and responsible AI guidelines
Build and lead high-performing, diverse teams based on project needs, including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and solution architects
Resolve technical and organizational challenges across delivery areas such as AI architecture, data pipelines, model governance, and LLM tool orchestration
Drive key technology decisions, including AI platform architecture and toolchain selection (e.g., LangChain, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs)
Facilitate alignment between EPAM and client teams, ensuring collaboration on AI-driven solution designs
Manage integrated project and program plans, tracking progress and communicating risks, changes, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams-including technology, AI engineering, quality assurance, and product teams-to meet program objectives and ensure solution quality
Provide regular updates to senior leaders at EPAM and client organizations on program status, challenges, and AI adoption impact
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience leading AI-powered product or platform delivery, with a background in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture
Successful track record managing complex, multi-project programs with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML and cloud-based AI services
Experience in consulting or Professional Services environments, including pre-sales solution design and client engagement for AI/ML initiatives
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) and AI/ML lifecycles, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring
Ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
Experience resolving technical challenges related to AI architecture, data integration, model governance, and LLM orchestration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and business teams
Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption strategies and scale AI solutions within client organizations
Up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI tools, platforms, and responsible AI practices
