As a Front Office Host, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable stay experience. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. This position requires a warm, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The hourly rate for this position is $29.79.

Key Responsibilities include:

Welcome and check in/out guests with efficiency and warmth

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with promptness and professionalism

Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Uphold brand and service standards at all times

Assist with overnight responsibilities, including audits and reporting, as needed

Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations

Professional appearance and demeanor

Proficient in basic computer systems; experience with property management systems is a plus

This position requires open availability, including: Weekends, Evenings, Overnights and Holidays
