Weekly pay starting at $950 Weekly bonuses up too $1,000 Daily bonuses and contests

No prior experience necessary; full training provided.

Job Description

Rocky Mountain Distributing, a leader in innovative marketing and sales solutions, is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our dynamic sales team. We are currently seeking driven and energetic individuals to help us expand our reach and enhance our services. Please note that this is a Contract/Temporary position and is not eligible for remote work.

As a Sales Team Member, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and interacting directly with customers. Our approach involves a personalized demonstration of products to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers and provide detailed information about our products.
Perform product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.
Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
Set up and manage product displays at various locations.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer interactions and product issues.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Adhere to all company policies and regulations.

Requirements

Availability to start as soon as possible.
Reliable transportation to Company office in Orem, UT.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to pass a background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently when required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced sales environment.
